Printable Gingerbread Tags

Here it is... my first share for the Creating Christmas Blog Adventure. Highly anticipated I'm sure LOL

This set of whimsy tags could be used for gift giving any time of year - featuring a lovable gingerbread man.

This cutie ginger graphic is by Alice of Whimsy Primsy. She is a very talented artist and I have to admit that I have TONS of her artwork.

You want to know where you can find where the printable file stored? Oh! Well, check it out HERE.

You can check out more details of Creating Christmas on the Blog Adventure. Until next time, happy crafting!

Craft Show

I'm putting the finishing touches on some of the items I'm taking to a craft show this coming weekend. My mother and I are setting up - let's hope we sell more than we buy LOL. Keep your fingers crossed for us... now I better get back to my "craft cave" and finish putting the tags and ribbons on items.

Today is National Men Make Dinner Day.

Honest, I'm not making that up! Check it out here.

For those men who cook on a semi-regular or regular basis, this day is not for you, but for those who may not step into the kitchen for more than just a beer or a bag of potato chips... this could be the day you shine... Check out the top ten reason to participate in this national day.

Celebrate in Style...

Well, October 31st has come and gone and it was so much fun! The rain finally stopped around mid-day and even though the ground wasn't totally dry the kids were able to put on their costumes and enjoy a few hours of door-to-door.

I have a bunch of photos to share now that we have taken down all the halloween decor and put it in our halloween room... yes, we have almost all of it on display in our guest room.

We just have to move the tombstones into the room (they are in the garage right now with the jack-o-lanterns).

Of course, we were out yesterday and bought a few more things for Halloween... you can't beat a 70% off halloween sale!

So here are some photos of our house all done up... we had so many comments on the pumpkins we carved (my parents did a couple and brought them over) and while my father handed out goodies to the kids, I was in the coffin, my sweetie was hovering about and my mother was trying to calm the T&T'ers who were scared of the spooky atmosphere we had created.

Our neighbours loved what we had done as most people on the block don't even carve a pumpkin!

...and now the rest of the photos...

...and now some of the pumpkins...

Next year we have plans for a haunted pipe organ with creepy skeleton at the keys and a laboratory! I wonder how my father looks as a mad scientist...
